Free Entry into Street Festival: Entry into the Hallowbaloo street festival is free, and everyone is welcome (no age restrictions).
Wristbands Required for Purchase of Adult Beverages & Club Entry
21+ Only: To purchase a wristband, you must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID.
Purchasing Club Hallowbaloo Wristbands - 21 & Older Only:
Advanced Sale of Club Hallowbaloo Wristbands Has Ended. Club Hallowbaloo wristbands will be available ONLY on the night of the event on a 1st Come - 1st Serve basis. Sale of Club Hallowbaloo wristbands will begin at 5pm on Saturday at four wristband stations located in the street. Sell out expected. Come early to purchase before we run out.
Brews & cocktails will be available in the streets for those 21+ who present valid ID & purchase either a street festival wristband or Club Hallowbaloo wristband. Club Hallowbaloo wristbands allow you to purchase brews and cocktails at the street festival and enjoy enticements at eight of Honolulu’s most popular clubs until 2am (SoHo Mixed Media Bar, The Venue, Mercury Bar, Loft Gallery & Lounge, Bar 35, Lotus Downtown, NextDoor, Manifest, Hank's Cafe and The Dragon Upstairs).
Street Festival Wristbands:
- Street festival wristbands permit you to purchase adult beverages in the street.
- Pricing: $3 with costume. $5 without costume.
- If you purchase a Club Hallowbaloo wristband, you do not need to purchase a street festival wristband !
- Club Hallowbaloo wristbands permit you to purchase adult beverages in the streets and enter the eight clubs participating in Hallowbaloo.
- Club Wristbands: $10 when purchased onsite before 7:30pm (availability permitting). $15 after 7:30pm (availability permitting).
- Club Wristbands Purchased Onsite Without Costume: $20 (availability permitting).
