Brews & Cocktails Available in the Streets with Purchase of Wristband: Brews & cocktails will be available in the streets for those 21+ who present valid ID & purchase either a $3 street festival wristband or a $10 club wristband. Club wristbands allow you to purchase brews and cocktails at the street festival and enjoy enticements at seven of Honolulu's most popular clubs until 2am (SoHo Mixed Media Bar, Loft Gallery Lounge, Mercury Bar, Indigo, Bar 35, NextDoor & Manifest).
Come Early to Purchase Club Wristbands: Both the street festival wristbands and club wristbands go on sale at 5pm at the street festival. Come early! $10 club wristbands will sell-out. Over 8,000 costumed revelers attended last year's inaugural Hallowbaloo and in excess of 10,000 ghouls and goblins are expected this year.
Location of Wristband Stations: Multiple wristband stations will be located at the street festival adjacent to each beverage center. Each wristband station will sell both street festival wristbands (unlimited number available) and club wristbands (limited number available).
