DRAWING AND PRIZE AWARD
For each sweepstakes, a random drawing will be made of all eligible, completed entries received during each Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be selected within approximately 3 days of the sweepstakes end date. Winner will be notified by email, twitter or facebook depending on the information provided by the winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form ("the Form") and an IRS Form W9 by the due date specified on the Form. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents by the specified due date will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner.
Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on the Hallowbaloo website and the use of the winner's name, likeness and hometown for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that T-Rx Entertainment, LLC, the Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival, or any prize sponsors, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after receipt. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Grand Prize Sweepstakes - Specific Rules: Each Grand Prize winner must choose a guest who is 18 years or older, and the guest will also be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form by the due date specified on the Form. No alternate guest may be substituted once the winner's guest completes the required paperwork. The winner and his/her travel guest are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, any applicable taxes, license fees, additional tours, additional transportation, fuel surcharges, currency charges, all meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, medical services, photographs, additional lodging, replacement of any lost items, optional travel insurance, etc. The winner and his/her travel guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation. Winner's reservation request must be made in writing at least 10 days before requested departure date. Itinerary cannot be modified once requested. If any part of the trip's itinerary is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, beyond the control of T-Rx Entertainment, LLC or the Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, political conflicts or war or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and the obligation of T-Rx Entertainment, LLC and the Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided.
MISCELLANEOUS
Under no circumstances will T-Rx Entertainment, LLC, the Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival, or any affiliated persons or entities be liable for: (a) electronic, computer, telephone, network, internet or other technical or human error(s) which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) any injury or damage to person or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes; (c) inaccurate, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, lost or stolen entries or other information related to the Sweepstakes; (d) illegitimate entries (which will be disqualified); (e) punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
