Hallowbaloo 2009 will deliver an abundance of entertainment. From sundown until the wee hours of the morning, five outdoor stages, 7 clubs, 6 bars and 11 restaurants will be filled with a wildly diverse collection of entertainment. But that will not be the only interesting fare on offer. Last year, the star of the show was arguably the thousands of Halloween revelers gallivanting about the streets of the Arts District. Seven city blocks (Nu'uanu Ave. and the surrounding area) will be closed to vehicles and ruled by Elvis impersonators, Obama wannabes, Brazilian 2012 Olympians and about 10,000 other costumed crazies.
