The professional glass-blowers of Oahu Glass Tubes will put you in a trance as they transform sticks of glass into molten liquid and then twist and turn the gooey, lava-like substances into a myriad of wild creations. Run by Mark Nowicki, Oahu Glass Tubes consists of retail stores South Shore Glass, Oahu Glass and Oahu Glass West, where you can buy glass pieces for your greens - flowers or otherwise.
Mark, Kevin Richards (guitarist with the wildly popular Dubkoncious band) and Damien Rosbrugh will be among the strong-lunged artisans showcasing their craft at Hallowbaloo. And while a good portion of their work focuses on crafting mind pleasing pipes of all shapes, sizes and colors, their live demonstrations spin off in all directions with octopus, jellies and even aliens crawling out of their flame throwers. Come bask in their glow and enjoy as they send your Hallowbaloo trip into the fifth dimension.
