Brews & Cocktails in the Streets: Brews & cocktails are available in the streets for those 21+ who present valid ID & purchase either a street festival wristband or Club Hallowbaloo wristband. Street festival wristbands are $3 for those in costume and $5 for those not in costume. Club Hallowbaloo wristbands may be purchased in advance. See below to purchase and for additional details.

8 Clubs - One Wristband: Buy one wristband (21+ Only) and enjoy brews & cocktails in the streets and enticements at the following clubs until 2am: SoHo Mixed Media Bar, The Venue, Mercury Bar, Bar 35, NextDoor, Manifest, Lotus Downtown and Loft Gallery & Lounge. Advanced purchase of Club Hallowbaloo wristbands is recommended. Club Hallowbaloo wristbands have sold out in recent years. Purchasing in advance guarantees you access to Club Hallowbaloo and also saves you money.
