HALLOWBALOO KOKUA CREWHallowbaloo welcomes volunteer assistance with the Friday, 10/28/2011 kick-off concert and the Hallowbaloo street festival on Saturday, 10/29/2011. Tasks range from assistance with disseminating information to helping with greening initiatives. Friday volunteers will receive complimentary passes for Saturday’s festivities, and Saturday street festival volunteers will receive Club Hallowbaloo passes.
